How do I book?
Send the form on this page, message us on Zalo or call. The studio consults, plans your concept in detail, then confirms the date and time with you.
How does the deposit work?
Please pay a 50% deposit: at least 3 days before for ready-made concepts, or 1-2 weeks before for custom concepts.
What if I need to reschedule?
We can move your appointment if you tell us at least 1 week ahead and the requested slot is still free.
How long until I get my photos?
All original photos (.jpg) are returned within 24 hours and stored for 3 weeks. Retouched photos arrive in about 1-2 weeks.
How do I choose my photos?
After the shoot we send a link on Zalo. Open it on your phone to view and choose photos, no account or app needed.
What is included in a package?
Every package includes all of the following, per the studio’s price list.
Before the shoot: a consultation and a detailed plan for your concept; outfits that suit the concept; the concept decor package; planning and moodboard files.
On the day: makeup and hair (about 1.5 hours); 5-10 minutes of test shots for angles and lighting; 1-2 hours of shooting depending on the package; posing guidance throughout; a live monitor to review photos; a private space, one client per slot.
After the shoot: 15-30 minutes to discuss, adjust and lock in your colour tone in person; all original photos (.jpg) within 24 hours, stored for 3 weeks; finished retouched photos in about 1-2 weeks.
Are there any extra charges?
Extra retouched photo: 30,000 VND each; rush retouching in 48 hours: +300,000 VND; RAW files: 50,000 VND (stored 3 days); contact lenses: 100,000 VND per pair. Wigs, balloons and fresh flowers are quoted on request; nails and shoes are not provided.
Is the shoot private?
Yes. The studio takes one client per slot, so the space is yours for the whole shoot.
