Lookbook / Fashion
Seasonal collection shoots for fashion brands. End-to-end from moodboard to delivery, built for SS/FW drops.

Project process
From brief to delivery, six steps
Every step has a clear timing and output. The brand signs off at each milestone.
Brief
Brand sends a brief (or uses our template). We respond within 24 hours to lock scope, deadline and deliverables.
Proposal
Within 2-3 days: shot list, moodboard, crew list, timeline, detailed quote and usage rights. Signing the proposal confirms the booking.
Pre-production
Casting (if needed), stylist, location recce, call sheet, test shot. The brand approves the call sheet 48 hours before shoot day.
Shoot day
Studio or location as per call sheet. The brand can approve selects live on the monitor; every select is backed up in real time.
Edit + usage docs
Web-ready in 72 hours, high-res final in 7-10 days. Delivered with a license agreement that spells out usage scope and term.
Delivery
Handed over via a private link, with RAW backups kept for 3 months. VAT invoices on request.
